Comfortable fitness-based riding position
Sportier than a Turbo Como but more relaxed than a Turbo Creo. The Turbo Vado SL offers a comfortable fitness-based riding position while still offering the nimble handling you need for fast paced rides in town and country.
Step-Through frame options
As well as the regular diamond shaped frame option the Vado is now available with a step-through frame. This gives you 150mm more clearance over the top tube which makes mounting and dismounting easier, especially when you’re carrying luggage.
Lightweight Motor
Lightweight and powerful the Vado SL can double your natural pedalling power. But with the Turbo SL drive unit weighing just 1.95Kg and a total bike weight as light as 14.9Kg these bikes aren’t that much heavier than regular non-electric bikes.
Ride All Day Range
A lightweight bike requires less power to move it around which is why you get up to 120miles of range from the 320Wh battery pack. Plus, you have the flexibility of an optional Range Extender that adds up to 40 miles of pedalling assistance.
Ready Equipped
Bright, built-in lights at the front and back mean you’ll see and be seen, while a Turbo Connect display makes it easy to view ride info. The Vado SL Equipped models also feature DRYTECH fenders to keep water off you and a rear rack which is ready for your bags and panniers.
Light and Smooth with Future Shock
Future Shock (on 5.0 models) brings ultralight suspension to your ride. Suspending the rider rather than the bike this system reduces the harsh feel of rough roads and terrain by nearly 40% compared to bikes with bulky, heavier suspension forks.
More Control
Using the handlebar mounted remote switch and TCU display you can easily control and monitor the power and battery while you ride. Take things further with the Mission Control app which gives you the power to track and record rides, take control of your battery power and much more.
