We don't send you a box of parts
When you receive your bike, all you'll need to do is unpack it, attach the pedals, turn the handlebars and ride. Watch our video guide for full instructions.
To help you get started we've also put together a handy bike build guide pdf, that is also included in your Tredz bag.

Receiving your bike
What's in the box?
As well as checking the bike itself, we also make sure you have everything you need packaged with your bike to get started.
Your bike will be securely packaged and will include your buying paperwork and your handbook. You'll also get a free Tredz multi-tool and pedal spanner and pedals to help you get your bike set up.
Balance bikes and trikes are not built before we dispatch them to you. That’s because assembly is part of the fun and you get to keep the original packaging – ideal if you’re giving the bike as a gift to a loved-one. Some balance bikes from brands like Wishbone can be built with 2 or 3 different styles, so we let you choose how to set-up the bike – it’s really easy.
