Carry it all
We all usually want to carry something on a ride, the neatly integrated front rack and basket can carry up to 15kg of picnic essentials along with your grocery shop or work items. The rear pannier rack can carry up to 25Kg in bags, this gives the Como SL a cargo weight of 37kg! Almost twice the weight of the bike.
No maintenance worries
The Como SL uses hub gearing nearly encased and sealed within the hub shell, there are no greasy cogs or skipping gears to deal with. Having the gears sealed away means there is no maintenance to worry about, the Como SL 5 has 8 hill taming gears and does not use an oily chain, but a carbon belt drive that lasts 10 times longer.
Powerful SL motor
Not as big and heavy as other types, the SL motor from specialized tucks away neatly with the battery hidden in the bike frame. With 240 watts of power and zero drag when riding unassisted, you'll only notice it when your legs feel twice as strong! The easy to use display shows the battery level and mode selection for either eco, sport, turbo or off.
Unisex frame
The unisex step-through frame works alongside the Ground control geometry to make the bike comfortable and easy to live with. No problems getting on and off with this design, even when loaded with luggage. There is even a neatly integrated carry handle to lift this light electric bike up and down stairs or help manoeuvre into tight spots.
Whatever the weather
No need to worry about this ebike in the rain. Integrated Drytech mudguards keep the spray away from you and the bike. All electrics are sealed and weatherproof. Reliable and strong disc brakes mean you'll always be able to stop in any weather. The wide tyres will keep traction and comfort whatever the weather, whatever the surface.
No range anxiety
The integrated battery will power you through 62 miles on eco mode, there is even an optional range extender to add up to 31 miles. But it is the Mission control app that will always save the day, making sure you have power for your ride even with cargo.
