GT Force
A force to be reckoned with
The GT Force is the perfect Enduro race bike; fast rolling and full of features. Ridden and developed by GT rider Dan Atherton for the last two years, the Force helped him secure third place at Megavalanche 2013, and the range is now available for mere MTB mortals to enjoy. Equally at home on the growing UK Enduro scene as it is storming the Alps, this is a no nonsense, all action bike ready to race against the clock.

Features
Powerful parts
The Force has the ideal Enduro combination of 160mm front/150mm rear travel, with high mounted single pivot rear suspension. Wide bars and a short stem give control on descents yet a roomy feel on climbs alongside a tapered headtube for steering response. 27.5”/650b wheels combine the handling ability of a 26” wheel with the smooth rolling characteristics of a 29er and the incredibly light carbon frame, dropper post and full Shimano XT drivetrain and brakes create the blueprint for a perfect Enduro bike.

Rider
Feel the force
When you’re up against the clock, you need the handling of a downhill bike and the pedalling efficiency of an all-mountain machine - that’s where the GT Force comes in. Built for hammering downhill, nimble climbing and technical trail manoeuvres, the Force will help you ride faster and will also give trails a run for their money. If ever there was one Enduro bike to rule them all, it would be the Force.

Bespoke suspension
What? GT’s AOS (\'Angle Optimized Suspension\') suspension system
Why? Suspension action is optimized by a high pivot mount whilst the large ‘Pathlink’ linkage reduces chain growth by moving the bottom bracket in relation to travel.
Dropper seatpost
What? RockShox Reverb Stealth/KS LEV Integra integrated dropper post with remote
Why? Seatposts which fully extend during climbs for proper leg extension and drop down during descents, so your body can centre on the bike to maintain balance and traction. All without having to lose flow or dismount.
Carbon frame
What? GT\'s own FOC Ultra carbon frame
Why? GT use the fewest layers of high-modulus carbon in order to achieve the stiffest, most reliable, responsive ride whilst withstanding the abuse of Enduro courses.
