This Silex 200 - Nearly New - L gravel bike is rated as an Excellent Grade which reflects that the bike is in very good condition and can be considered to have been 'pre-pedalled'. Having been lightly used, there are some signs of use on the bike. The only minor visible marks are on the crank arm, handlebars, fork leg, drivetrain, tyres and brakes.
To ensure this bike meets our high standards for quality, it has undergone a thorough inspection by our professional mechanics. As with all our bikes, it comes with a 12-month Tredz warranty, plus any additional manufacturer warranty which may apply.
The Silex was a ground up design project. Rather than taking a road or cyclocross bike and re-jigging the recipe, the starting point for the Silex was modern MTB inspired geometry; long top and head tubes and a short stem, offering nimble, confidence-inspiring handling. The Silex has been hailed as the most comfortable and versatile bike Merida has ever made.
