At the heart of the bike is Marin’s MultiTrac suspension system, delivering 130mm of plush rear travel via the X-Fusion O2 Pro R rear shock. The X-Fusion Slide Boost RC fork provides 140mm of front suspension, with compression and rebound adjustability, ensuring the bike remains responsive and composed over rough terrain.
A Shimano Deore 11-speed drivetrain ensures smooth and reliable shifting, with an 11-51T cassette offering a wide range for climbing and descending. The Marin Forged Alloy crankset with a 32T narrow-wide chainring provides secure chain retention on aggressive trails.
Braking power comes from Tektro HD-M280 hydraulic disc brakes, with 180mm rotors ensuring consistent stopping performance on technical descents. The Rift Zone 1 rolls on Marin aluminium double-wall rims, fitted with tubeless-ready Vee Tire Snap WCE 2.35” tyres. These offer exceptional grip, durability, and control, making them ideal for a mix of terrain.
A TranzX dropper post allows for quick saddle height adjustments, with 150mm of travel on the Small size and 170mm on M-XL sizes. The Marin Mini-Riser handlebars and short stem provide a comfortable, trail-ready cockpit, keeping the bike agile and responsive.
