Marin DSX FS 2025 - Gravel Bike

The Marin DSX FS breaks the traditional gravel bike mould, adding front suspension to tackle rough terrain with confidence. Built around a Series 3 6061 aluminium frame, the DSX FS features suspension-adjusted geometry, designed for smooth handling on both tarmac and dirt tracks. The frame also includes internal cable routing, mudguard and rack mounts, and a 142x12mm thru-axle for improved stiffness and control.
Key Features:
- Frame: Aluminium with suspension-adjusted geometry, internal cable routing, and rack/mudguard mounts.
- Fork: SR Suntour GVX LOR, 60mm travel, air spring, rebound adjust, and lockout.
- Drivetrain: Shimano SLX 12-speed rear mech, Deore 12-speed shifters.
- Brakes: Tektro HDR285 hydraulic disc brakes, 160mm rotors.
- Wheels: Marin aluminium double-wall rims, tubeless compatible.
- Tyres: Vee Tire Co. Rocketman 700x44mm for traction on varied terrain.
- Standout Feature: Suspension fork for added comfort and control on rough gravel roads.
- Finance: Available with 0% APR finance.
At the front, the SR Suntour GVX LOR fork delivers 60mm of air-sprung travel, smoothing out bumps and reducing fatigue on long rides. With rebound adjustment and a lockout feature, it provides versatility for both rugged trails and smooth roads.
Equipped with a Shimano SLX 12-speed rear derailleur and Deore 12-speed shifters, the DSX FS ensures precise, reliable shifting across a wide-range 11-51T Sunrace cassette, perfect for climbing steep inclines and maintaining speed on the flats. The forged aluminium chainset with a 42T steel narrow-wide chainring offers durability and efficiency.
Stopping power comes from Tektro HDR285 hydraulic disc brakes, featuring 160mm rotors for consistent and reliable braking in all weather conditions. The Marin aluminium double-wall rims, paired with Vee Tire Co. Rocketman 700x44mm tyres, provide excellent grip and durability, while their tubeless compatibility allows for lower pressures and enhanced comfort.
The DSX FS also includes a Marin MiniRiser handlebar for extra control and comfort, a Marin alloy seat post, and a Marin DSX saddle designed for endurance rides. Whether you’re commuting, bikepacking, or exploring gravel paths, the Marin DSX FS is built to handle it all.
