MET Miles Mips is a touring helmet with road spirit, its efficiency makes cycling twice as fun.
It's cool to ride your bike on the weekend but it's only fun if you feel comfortable. With a comfortable shape that makes it hard to remember you are wearing it and a large number of vents to enhance ventilation and stop you from sweating while commuting on your e-bike.
Safety and comfort rarely come together but the MET Miles Mips with its classic design is here to prove otherwise.Featuring The MIPS-C2 Brain protection system, the Miles is able to slide relative to the head in the case of a crash, redirecting damaging rotational motion. MIPS is engineered to add at least 10% extra safety to the standard construction of helmets in case of certain impacts. The MIPS Brain Protection System (BPS) is attached inside the helmet, between the comfort padding and the EPS.
MET Miles Mips has a sleek and stylish design, and features our unique 360 degrees head belt to ensure that there will be no pressure points on the skull allowing you to achieve the perfect fit.

How to Measure Your Head Size
How to measure yourself for a helmet To find the circumference of your head, place a tape measure in the centre of your forehead, wrap it around above your ears and around the back of your head. If there's a slight difference between two different sizes, always go for the tighter size.
