BlackTech
Is black and stays black. KMC BlackTech is not a simple coating, but a surface treatment in which the colour becomes part of the material. The chain thus permanently retains its rich black colour and is also highly resistant to rust.

Recommended Care intervals
- Road Bikes: KMC recommend to care for your KMC Waxed at the latest after 250 km or at least once a month.
- MTB, cross and frequent riders in all weather conditions: After 100 km at the latest.
Rewaxing
- The chain must be dry before applying the wax
- The chain does not need to be dewaxed
- Shake the bottle and apply to the inside of the chain (One complete turn)
- Do not wipe off excess wax.
- Allow to dry completely before riding, especially in wet conditions
