First of all I was very impressed with Tredz. They kept me well informed at all stages of the order and delivery, plus the bike arrived with free pedals, tools and extra instructions courtesy of Tredz. Great considering that they charged me £900 less than all the other places I'd looked. I'm very pleased with the bike. It delivers power very smoothly and has coped admirably with all the long steep hills near to where I live. The tubeless ready tyres come with tubes in and though fairly large 29 x 2.4, are capable of being removed and put back with ordinary plastic tyre levers, although I did break one when learning how to get the hang of it (I found the videos that people have put on You Tube regarding tyre removal/replacement very useful). I've found that fitting a small pair of bull handlebar grips means that I can turn the bike upside down without damaging the controller display. The only problem I currently have with it is working out how to remove the back wheel in the event of a puncture. The rear axle has bolt heads on both sides and the larger bolt just moves a short distance in either direction, then goes tight. I'm sure that this will get sorted, as when I contacted Giant about something else, they responded very quickly and were most helpful.
