GPS technology doesn’t work for treadmill workouts, and no watch can precisely record treadmill pace and distance alone. COROS POD 2 solves this by automatically calibrating itself to measure your stride and transmits accurate treadmill running data directly to your COROS watch.
Efforts Pace is a proprietary COROS metric to quantify how hard you’re working while running on hilly terrain. COROS POD 2 makes Effort Pace even more precise and responsive than GPS by delivering instantaneous data to your COROS watch.
