Ordering was easy and once tredz customer service got involved delivery was quick . As for the bike . It’s just the right bike for the local roads as in poor state so the extra width of tyre takes the sting out . Perfect amount of gears and build quality is spot on . No chain slip problems as in other reviews but time will tell . Build to last and easy to use every day on and off road
