Very pleased with the bike and the service. Very well packed for transit with minimal assembly required. The set up video said to check all nuts bolts and screws before you ride. I made the assumption that this would have been done prior to shipping during the set up and assembly phase. I discovered a loose hex screw when my lefty fork started to rattle and shake. Luckily I took my multi tool (Supplied) and was able to tighten. Once I got home I done more checks and found a few loose screws. The bike itself is brilliant, described by others as very fast. I took those comments with a pinch of salt believing that it’s the rider who is fast and he just sits on a bike. But I get it now, this bike has such minimal rolling resistance and brilliantly smith gears and chain mechanism you instantly find yourself bombing along. It has slightly fatter tyres than most hybrids and considering our potholed roads I reckon that’s a good thing.
