Expertly engineered, the T Line - 12-speed's lightweight frame weighs 37% less than steel equivalents, improving the gearing elements and on-road positioning.

Being able to say yes to every opportunity is made possible by the simple folding system, which means you can transition from two wheels to two feet in just 20 seconds. Also light to carry, you can move around with ease in a much better way than compared to traditional bikes.

What is Cerakote?
Cerakote® protects, but it also embellishes. The matt metallic colour is deep, yet you can still see the beauty of the hand-welded titanium frame. When you lift your bike, it feels wonderful to touch, like velvet metal.

The ceramic-based finish on the titanium frames provides a deep, intense colour and an exceptional layer of protection—the high durability, low weight and resistance to wear make this a highly prized finish in the aerospace and automotive industries.

To prepare for coating, the T Line frame is:
• blasted with aluminum oxide
• degreased
• heated to remove any gases that have built up inside.

Once cooled, two ultra thin layers of Cerakote® are applied in a controlled environment. A second heat treatment bonds the the paint at molecular level.

Cerakote® paint has a solvent base that carries the ceramic particles. Once the solvent evaporates, the coating is less than 40 microns thick. For context, human hair is around 70 μm, and powder-coating is about 140 μm. Cerakote® protects, but it also embellishes.
