I tried a few different helmets and settled with this one. The helmet is excellent quality, looks really good, and isn't too heavy. I tried both small and medium, with the latter being the best fit for me. The size guide on the box and on Tredz/7IDP are different, so bare that in mind. If you're between sizes or bang on the lower end, then I'd size UP and not down like recommended. You can also buy larger or smaller cheek pads directly from 7IDP to adjust the fit, alot of brands do come with extra pads however for this price point you can't fault anything at all even if you have to purchase additional accessories. I had a few issues with a return of my first helmet and had to deal directly with 7IDP, and their customer service was faultless, they went above and beyond to help me out and sorted out the issue. Will definitely be sticking with this brand for the foreseeable.
