All you need to know
Bikes are available for test on a first come first served basis. If you want test ride a specific model you can speak to the bike brand representative and they will help get you riding it as quickly as possible.
You will need to bring photo ID (either a Passport or Driving License) as well as a credit/debit card before you can demo any bike on the day. We do not charge your card for anything, but we’ll keep hold of it for security reasons.
The minimum age to test ride a bike is 16.
Note: If you are under 18 years old, and you don’t have a valid bank card you can use your parent’s bank card to demo bikes. Your parents must be present at registration on the day and bring one form of photo ID with them as well as a valid bank card.
There is free parking on site, but we recommend you arrive early as it is on a first come first serve basis.
Please bring the following if you wish to test ride any bike
- Photo ID - Passport or driving licence
- Debit/Credit Card- Must match your photo ID. We will not charge your card.
- Helmet - You must have a helmet to demo any bike
- Pedals - We highly recommend you bring your own pedals to demo the bikes on the day. We will have some pedals for you to use but you will be much more comfortable using your own pedals as you can get a better feel for the bike.
- Sensible riding attire
Unfortunately, there is no camping allowed on the grounds for the demo day. However, there are plenty of hotels and B&B’s locally if you wish to stay and arrive early.
Yes you can. Simply contact events@tredz.co.uk to transfer your ticket to somebody else.
You can either bring a printed version of your ticket, or show your e-ticket on your mobile phone.

For refunds or enquiries about your ticket please contact us on events@tredz.co.uk.
Each demo test will last 45 minutes so that everyone has a fair chance of riding as many bikes as possible.
No, as all the bikes featured in our demo day have been designed with specification to give you the best quality.
There are no demo helmets to test (remember that you will need to bring your own helmet before you can test ride a bike), however, there will be some helmets on showcase for you to take a closer look at.
Yes, there is a cafe at the trail centre and catering in our base village. There will also be extra toilets on site.
We recommend that you fully charge your E-bike before coming as there are no charge points for your bike at the event.
There will be a mechanic on site to maintain the demo bikes on show. However, if you are in need of minor repairs, the mechanic will help advise you on what is needed, and the cost involved. For servicing and major repairs, you can book in for a service at one of our Tredz stores.
Your participation is at your own risk. Performance Cycling (trading as Tredz), Cannop Cycle Centre, the suppliers in attendance and any employees are not liable for any injury to persons sustained at our demo day.
There will be a medic situated at the base village. For any incidents observed on the trails make the medic aware of the situation and location. Please call ‘999’ for any emergency.
We understand that wear and tear such as a snapped chain happens, so you won't be personally liable for light damage. However, if there is substantial damage to the bike caused by misuse you may be held responsible.
You can test ride any number of bikes you wish between 09:30 and 16:30. The last test ride will head out at 16:00.
There is no cash machine on site, so it is advised that you bring some cash with you for food and drink. There is a cafe at the trail centre which does take card payments.
