Competition ready

The non UCI legal FACT Carbon frame on the Shiv is extremely aerodynamic thanks to a mix of high spec features. Traditional tube-mounted water bottles and storage systems cause massive drag in performance level riding.

Specialized have minimised this problem with their Fuelselage integrated hydration system and frame mounted Fuelcell (for energy rich nutrition). You get easy on-the-fly hydration, and the frame benefits from aero improvements - especially in crosswinds for maximum performance. Performance components such as Shimano drivetrains and Roval Rapide/ AXIS 2.0 wheelsets round off the Shiv.

Specialized’s Shiv has been designed for pro racers to dominate the competition from the extra level of performance these machines deliver. However, ambitious amateurs would benefit massively from the Shiv Elite at more than £3,000 less than the Pro Race comes with the same frame just with reduced components.
