Orange five
Utter trail brilliance
The Orange Five is one of the most iconic trail/enduro bikes on sale today. Mountain Bike Rider voted bike of the year for three years in a row, the Five is designed and manufactured in the UK - where it’s thrashed and tested. Orange have refined the Five since its birth and it now features all the tech you’d expect from a modern 4 travel mountain bike. This includes a dropper post, 27.5” wheels (with a 29er option too), 1x11 speed gears and angles to get you up hills and slay the descents.

Features
Single pivot simplicity
The Orange Five is available with a 27.5” wheel size, but also has a 29er model if you like your wheels larger and you travel shorter. The Five is designed to take on enduro races and win - it has wide bars with a short stem for added control, slack angles that make descending a pleasure and the option of 1x11 Sram X01 gearing.
The ‘scientists’ might say Orange’s single pivot suspension system isn’t the most efficient (under braking or pedalling), but it\'s definitely one of the most fun. Throw a Five into a corner and it’ll pop you out like a downhill skier in a turn. It also feels like you have more travel than you actually do, so is perfect for that week in the Alps.

Rider
A real ‘riders bike’
The Orange Five is a bike for riders who like to throw a bike around; generally someone who will want to get up and hammer down - it’s a real ‘riders bike’. The versatility of the Five will allow you to ride anything from XC racing through to mass-start European races like Megavalanche or Mountain Of Hell.
