Scott were one of the first brands to extensively use carbon frames and their highly developed Integrated Moulding Process (‘IMP’) features in the CR1’s framework. The carbon fork also keeps weight to a minimum and a higher front end than usual is perfect for sportives, producing a comfortable ride. Full Shimano groupsets across the range provide reliable shifting from dependable components. The Contessa is the women’s model with a female-specific frame.
