Frame and Fork

The carbon fibre composite frame is lightweight and features Women’s endurance geometry so you feel comfortable in the saddle on long rides, without being too stretched out.

Zertz vibration dampers, inserted into the chainstays and the carbon fork, are the secret to the Ruby’s comfortable ride. These viscoelastic inserts absorb the vibrations that travel through the frame. Road vibrations can be a major cause of fatigue so reducing them will help you to feel fresh in the saddle for longer.

Very stiff laterally, steering is precise and the bike responds immediately when putting the power down.

Components

New for 2015 the Shimano 105 11 speed groupset is combined with the lightweight and stiff Praxis Works, TURN Zayante chainset. Shifting is crisp and precise and power transfer is immediate. Crank lengths are size specific ensuring that you get a perfect fit.

The low drop bars and body geometry saddle are designed specifically for women for optimum comfort and performance. A Zertz insert in the carbon seatpost also helps to reduce fatigue on long days in the saddle.

Fulcrum S5 wheels are strong, reliable and will keep you rolling quickly mile after mile. Specialized Espoir Elite 25c tyres strike a perfect balance between rolling resistance and grip and with double BlackBelt puncture protection you can be confident riding any road surface.
