Lightweight alloy frame

Key to performance and ride feel is a robust A1 premium aluminium frame that can withstand the impact of trail bike riding. The Rockhopper is long and low slung for great off-roading handling. It climbs efficiently and descends confidently.

Custom suspension fork

You get 100mm travel (80mm on the small frame size) from the Custom SR Suntour XCM fork, based on the frame size. The fork remains composed over multiple hits (no pogo effect) thanks to Multi-Circuit Hydraulic Damping technologies.

Shimano gears

The 3x9 speed Shimano drivetrain offers you a wide range of gears to help you get up and over the hills. Hydraulic disc brakes are more powerful than traditional rim brakes and provide consistent speed control in all weather conditions.

More control

Ground control tyres are fast rolling with decent grip on loose ground. Large 29er wheels smoothly roll over lumps and bumps for a faster and more stable ride. Equipped is also a wider handlebar (compared to most hardtails at this price point) which gives you greater control on technical terrain.
