Next level protection. The Race Face Flank Core D30 protection suit combines a comfortable second-skin fit with the high-performance shock absorption protection of D3O foam.
The Flank Core is made from highly durable dense mesh with strategic fabric mapping to ensure a snug second skin fit with maximum venting. Lycra stretch panels are integrated with flatlock seam finish to ensure mobility and comfort through a full range of motion.
Removable D30™ High performance shock absorbing protective foam inserts at the shoulders and spine offer high levels of impact protection. In the front there is a custom heat moulded foam chest piece.

1 Chest: Measure fullest circumference, keeping tape up under arms and across shoulder blades.
2 Waist: Measure at narrowest circumference. Don’t suck it in – nobody’s watching.
3 Hip: Measure around the widest part of the pelvis, around the buttocks.
