Merida Ride 100 2016 - Road Bike

An endurance road bike the Merida Ride 100 is built for long rides over less than perfect road surfaces. A slightly more relaxed riding position and Flex Stays will let you ride further for longer.

The 6066 aluminium frame is lightweight with advanced technical features (including triple butted tubes) not normally found at this price point. Flex Stays allow some vertical compliance, for a more comfortable ride, while remaining horizontally stiff for efficient power transfer and predictable handling.

A slightly shorter top tube and longer headtube provide a more comfortable upright riding position than a pure race bike helping you to perform at your best for longer.

A full carbon fork with tapered steerer provides precise steering control as well as absorbing road vibrations further improving comfort.

The reliable Shimano 2x8 speed drivetrain with FSA compact chainset provides a wide range of gear options so that you can take on varied terrain with confidence.
