Rim:

Ideal for any type of road racing or triathlon the Cosmic Carbone SLS are one of the lightest clincher rims on the market.  The key feature of these wheels has to be the blended Maxtal (aluminium alloy) rim with carbon fibre aero slip.  This allows for a deep rim that's efficient and more importantly...heat resistant.  The aluminium will take the abuse of daily riding and the carbon will give you that aero performance without sacrificing weight.

Hubs:

Both the front and rear hub is made from aluminium for durable performance.  Mavic's QRM+ cartridge bearings improve smooth rolling ability and can be micro adjusted for the perfect positioning for your goals or weather conditions

Spokes:

Even the spokes are designed to be aero with a bladed form that cuts through the air with minimal drag. They're also straight pull rather than the more traditional J-bend spokes - great because they're stronger for long lasting performance.
