GT Transeo 5.0 Step Thru Womens - Nearly New - 2017 Hybrid Bike
This GT Transeo hybrid bike is in excellent condition. However, having been lightly used, there are some small signs of mechanical wear on the drivetrain. The bike has also picked up some minor cosmetic defects on the head tube, downtube, chain stay and seat stay.
To ensure this bike meets our high standards for quality, it has undergone a thorough inspection by our professional mechanics. As with all our bikes, it comes with a 12 month Tredz warranty, plus any additional manufacturer warranty which may apply.
Durable, tough and reliable. The GT Transeo 5.0 Step Thru is a women’s hybrid sports bike for cycling on roads, cycle paths and even gravel tracks.
Offering a stable and efficient upright riding position the Transeo is ideal for cycling in traffic as well as riding on uneven road surfaces. The 6061 aluminium alloy frame is made with hydroformed tubes for an optimum strength to weight ratio and features smooth welds for a slicker look. The step thru frame design makes getting on and off the bike a little easier. Up front the suspension fork will absorb the bumps on rough roads and tracks while the rack and mudguard mounts add versatility. The 700c road bike wheels are fast rolling and are shod with slightly wider ‘puncture protection’ tyres for riding over variable terrain.
Disc brakes give you consistent stopping power even in wet conditions while the Shimano 3x7 speed drivetrain offers a wide gear range for taking on varied gradients.
