Frame

At the core of the Nine 4 is a UHC Performance carbon fibre composite frame with World Cup race proven geometry. It is light, stiff and strong whilst giving you a more comfortable ride than an aluminium frame can.

Up front is a tapered head tube to provide you with a stiffer front end for better steering precision. This is the same frame as found on the next model up Nine 3.

Suspension

The Rock Shox Recon Gold fork is lightweight and is a great performer on the trails. A PopLoc remote lever offers more efficient climbing whilst a 15mm thru axle greatly improves stiffness. It is simple to set up for different rider weights and easy to maintain.

Components

You get a Shimano SLX / Deore 2x10 speed drivetrain with all the gears you need to tackle a range of terrain. Shimano Deore hydraulic discs are powerful for confident braking in all conditions and have a great feel.

Light yet tough WTB wheels are race ready. The large 29” just keep rolling while low profile MTB race tyres sacrifice a little grip for extra speed on the rough stuff. The WTB rims are strong and lightweight, ready for aggressive riding.
