We are looking to recruit a Bike Technician in our Giant & Tredz Bicycle Workshop based in Llansamlet, Swansea. While being a part of the Shop team you will work alongside a small group of skilled and passionate bike technicians using specialist knowledge to repair and service bikes by going the extra mile to deliver first class service to our customers.

Our Aftersales Warranty team is a vital and important department for Tredz.co.uk. You will be dealing with all aspect of technical aftersales, from warranty claims with suppliers to set-up issues on delivery.

We pride ourselves on our effortless customer service and going the extra mile for our customer. You will be responsible for taking the stress out of any aftersales problems by striving to get them resolved as quickly as possible and keeping our customers expertly informed along the way.

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role alongside the ability to problem solve customer’s technical aftersales issues. Whilst we would prefer people who have a good bike knowledge, we would consider applicants who don’t yet possess any bike knowledge but have a strong background in following processes along with mechanical, methodical way of thinking.

This role will require occasional weekend working

The Skills/Experience...

A good knowledge of bikes is preferred for this role but a keen willingness and ability to develop a deep understanding and knowledge of bikes is essential. Complementing your proven track record of excellent customer service, you will be able to expertly follow a process exercising problem solving skills along the way. This is a very fast paced and ever-changing role suited to quick thinkers, fast learners with a keen eye for detail.

Tredz Bikes are looking for a Sales Advisors to join our team of cycling enthusiasts, based in Cardiff, delivering effortless customer service.

The Job...

Our sales advisors are the front line for our stores. You’ll be the friendly approachable face of Tredz, offering the very best advice when it comes to all things bikes and accessories and thus ensuring our great products find the right homes.

We make a big deal about being the place for all things cycling – and our customer service needs to be second to none. You’ll be based in our Cardiff store and be available to work flexibly, including weekends.

Bikes are in our DNA, so for this role we are interested in your cycling history and any expert bike knowledge to complement your customer service experience and your attention to detail.
