What workshop services are available?

We are suspending some of our non-essential Workshop services to ensure we operate within social distancing guidelines. Below you will find all the services that are available.

How many people will be allowed in the store at once?

As we maintain social distancing throughout our store, we will let a maximum of three customers browse the shop at any one time.

How will social distancing and hygiene be maintained?

Our store will be equipped with clear 2m markings, as well as hand gels and wipes available at the front of the store.

We will only be accepting card payments (contactless if possible). Finance payments will also be accepted.

Can I test ride a bike or try on clothing?

To ensure we keep all customers and colleagues safe the following items should not be touch or tried; Bikes, Helmets, Gloves and Clothing.

How do I book a workshop service?

Bike collections and workshop service bookings will be by appointment only. Please email swansea@tredz.co.uk for help with bookings.

How do I arrange collection of my bike?

To collect your bike and in order for us to limit the number of people within our store, please email swansea@tredz.co.uk to be given your collection time slot.

Our flagship Swansea bike shop stocks a huge range of bikes, clothing, accessories and parts for all types and riders. Sample any bike from the huge range to demo outside the store and get the feel of your new ride.

See something you like on our website that's not in store? Don't worry, we can order it in for you to collect, just ask one of the team for help.

From balance bikes and kids bikes to commuters and hybrids for your ride to work or uni, we've got something for you. Our large selection of E bikes for all disciplines is one of the biggest in South Wales. Why not try out your first road bike to get you into your first sportive or take your racing to the next level. Mountain bikes are available from entry level hardtail mountain bikes to long travel enduro rigs with all the upgrades and extra’s you need.

Our Cytech qualified mechanics are on hand for a full range of maintenance, safety and servicing. They'll also give you a free bike check when you drop your bike in store, simply call on 01792 702555 for more info.

We have plenty of free parking on site and we're very easy to get to by bike; just off Sustrans route 43. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff can point out the amazing cycling in the area, from canal paths to epic road rides, challenging mountain bike trails and the incredible riding in the wider South Wales area.

0% APR finance: For short terms or large spends you can spread the cost over up to 48 months with no additional costs.
14.9% APR Finance: For longer terms on lower spends you can choose to spread the cost paying 14.9% interest over your chosen period.
Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL): Our deferred finance option allows you to take a payment holiday for 12 months then spread the cost over the following 12 or 24 months at 9.9% APR interest. This also gives you the option to pay off the full amount before the payment holiday period ends at 0% APR interest with a £29 administration fee. Bike Servicing

Serviced bikes work better and last longer. Our bike service will keep your machine in top condition, costing you less in repairs and replacements down the line.

There are 6 bike service packages to choose from; Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and E-Bike Gold/Platinum. You'll need to book a free bike safety check at the store by calling 01792 762345 or emailing swansea@tredz.co.uk. One of our expert mechanics will be able to let you know which service package is best for your needs.
