Specialized Ruby Triple Womens 2015 - Road Bike

Frame and Fork

Built to take on the demanding road surfaces found on race courses, like the notorious Paris- Roubaix, the Ruby has comfort features built in. Zertz vibration damping inserts are incorporated into the seat stays and fork. This means that vibrations from the road are absorbed as they travel through the frame and help to reduce fatigue so you feel fresh in the saddle for longer.

Striking a perfect balance between long distance comfort and aero efficiency the endurance frame geometry provides slightly more upright riding position.

Components

The triple chainring of the Shimano Sora groupset provides a very wide range of gear options, especially at the low end, which makes climbing that much easier on this Ruby.

The contact points are all female specific. The saddle is ergonomically shaped for maximum comfort and support. The handlebars have a narrow profile and feature a low drop. The crank lengths vary across the size range.

New for 2015 the carbon seatpost features Zertz inserts which further increases comfort.
