The padlock is substantial and gives confidence. The key works smoothly, and you don't have to jiggle it about too much, which is nice and eases some of that usual frustration. The protective cover gives confidence passing the chain through the bike. I would buy this lock again. We have it for a e-cargo bike. I generally leave it locked at home when out and about, but I could at a push carry it around with us. I feel confident that it deters thieves, secures the bike, and that it will meet the requirements of the insurers. The ordering process was smooth. There was the option for next day. I would have liked the additional option of being able to pick a delivery day and would have paid extra for it. It did arrive within the timeframe stated, and the communication was good from Tredz and the courier. I will continue to use Tredz where I can.
