Accelerate quicker and climb with less effort. The Giant Road-E+ 1 is an electric bike that offers true road bike performance with an electric motor to boost your natural pedalling power so you can ride further and faster.

The Giant SyncDrive power unit is neatly integrated into the ALUXX SL-Grade frame and features a 250w motor which delivering up to 80Nm of torque to supplement your natural pedalling power. On the Road-E+1 this is most noticeable when you accelerate up the climbs with effortless ease. The power boost is seamless across the gear range thanks to the speed, torque and pedal rotation sensors combined with pedal plus technology.

The 500Wh battery pack offers longer lasting performance with a range of 200km plus - depending where you are riding and the amount of effort you put in.  The RideControl display is mounted on the handlebars and allows you to adjust the power output and monitor speed and battery capacity.

With the powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, you can control your speed easily and consistently in all weather conditions. The slick shifting Shimano Ultegra/105 drivetrain features a compact chainset with a wide range cassette to give you all the gears you need for your adventures on the road.
