Versatile and quick, the Giant Defy 5 road bike will eat up the miles. Designed to reduce fatigue over long rides, the riding position is more relaxed than on a pure race bike. You will find it easier to pound out the miles.

With endurance in mind, the ALUXX aluminium frame, is engineered to be compliant in specific areas in order to reduce vibration from the road. Giant have not compromised on stiffness where it matters however and power transfer through the pedals is direct and efficient.

Shimano Claris 16 speed gearing is effective and with a good range to suit all the terrain you are likely to meet.
