A versatile hardtail mountain bike the GT Aggressor Sport is ready for weekend trail action and is agile enough to navigate the city streets during the week.

Frame and Fork

The 6061 aluminium alloy frame is new for 2015 and has been designed specifically for 27.5” (650b) wheels. This new wheel size rolls over small bumps better than the traditional 26” MTB wheels but is still nimble enough for tackling tight turns on the trail.

The Geometry is comfortable and offers a neutral riding position that makes the bike maneuverable both on and off road.

The Suntour fork offers 63mm of suspension travel which is enough to smooth out small lumps and bumps on the trail and will certainly help if you ride into a pothole on the road.

Components

Shimano 3x7 speed gearing is reliable and offers a wide range of gears to get you up steep off-road climbs. V-brakes are powerful so you can be sure of your stopping ability once you are up to speed - handy in the rush hour traffic as well as on the trails.

The 27.5” wheels feature strong double walled rims and the all terrain tyres have an off-road tread pattern that will still roll quickly on the road.

A great all rounder the GT Aggressor Sport is eligible for the cycle to work scheme so it is perfect for the adventurous commuter who wants more than just a work horse.
